2024 Election

The shelter animals are getting into the political spirit! They are competing to become President and Vice President of the shelter. And it is based on your vote! Stop in during our open hours to cast your vote! This election is for ALL AGES!

Vote - Now through November 2nd

Voting Weekly Updates - on Sundays

Winners Announced - November 5th

Rules:

• 2 Votes a day - one for one cat and one dog on current pets

• Voting is only in person during open hours or during volunteering

• Vote each day until November 2nd

• Votes will be tallied each week and updated below & on Facebook

• If a pet is adopted, they will "drop out" of the election

• No purchase is necessary to vote, just stop in!

• Candidates will be posted on social media now until Nov. 2nd

• Stop in during our open hours to meet the candidates 

• Pet with the most votes will win President and the pet with 2nd most votes (in the opposite category-dog or cat) will win Vice President

• ALL AGES are welcome to vote!

• Newcomers may enter randomly 

• One dog and one cat will win!

When to Vote

We are open Wednesday - Friday 3-7pm and Saturday 10am-2pm. If you volunteering with us, you can vote during your volunteer time.
